Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sportslab AE, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear. If a shoe doesn’t fit your stride or an item of apparel isn't the right size, we offer a structured return and exchange process designed to support our athletes.

The Return Windows

* 14-Day Refund Policy: You have exactly 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund back to your original payment method.
* 28-Day Exchange Policy: You have up to 28 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or alternative item.

Strict Return Conditions

Because we deal with high-performance sports gear, all returns and exchanges are subject to a strict quality control inspection upon arrival at our facility.

IMPORTANT FOOTWEAR RULE: Running shoes and sneakers must be returned inside their original brand shoe box, and that box must be completely undamaged. Do not tape or stick shipping labels directly onto the original shoe box. Place the shoe box inside a standard shipping box or mailer bag before courier pickup.

IMPORTANT APPAREL & KIT RULE: All sports clothing and football jerseys must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original brand tags and labels completely attached in their original positions.

Any items returned showing signs of outdoor wear, sweatmarks, missing tags, or a damaged original brand box will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Send an email to our support desk at support@sportslabae.com or call us at +971 4 395 8731.
2. Provide your Order Number (e.g., #SLAE1001) and specify whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange for a different size.
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will provide you with the exact returns warehouse shipping address.
4. Pack your items securely according to the strict conditions listed above and ship them back via your preferred courier service to the address provided by our team.

Processing Refunds

Once your return item arrives at our fulfillment hub and passes inspection, we will trigger your refund immediately. Refunds will be credited automatically back to the original credit/debit card used during checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
