Welcome to Sportslab AE. To ensure a smooth, secure, and transparent shopping experience for all our athletes across the UAE and GCC, we have established a clear Payment Policy outlining our accepted payment methods, security measures, and billing procedures.

All transactions on sportslabae.com are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We provide a variety of secure payment methods at checkout to give you total flexibility over your purchase:

* Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major international and local credit/debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
* Apple Pay: For seamless, secure, one-click checkouts directly via your Apple devices.
* Buy Now, Pay Later (Installments): We partner with Tabby and Tamara, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments. There are no hidden fees or interest charges when paid on time. 

Please Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer payment methods at this time. All orders must be fully paid and verified at checkout before shipment.

2. BUY NOW, PAY LATER TERMS (TABBY & TAMARA)

When selecting Tabby or Tamara at checkout, the following terms apply:
* You will pay the first installment (25% of the total order value) immediately at checkout. The remaining three installments will be automatically billed monthly by the provider.
* Approval for these services is determined solely by Tabby or Tamara based on their internal eligibility criteria. Sportslab AE does not control or influence payment rejections from these providers.
* Your use of these services is subject to the separate terms and conditions of Tabby or Tamara respectively.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION

Your financial security is our highest priority. 
* Secure Socket Layer (SSL): Our checkout system uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption technology to secure all personal and payment information transmitted during checkout.
* Tokenization: Sportslab AE does not store, see, or retain your credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All transaction data is securely tokenized and handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway providers.

4. BILLING & FRAUD VERIFICATION

To protect our community against online fraud, all credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
* If your bank card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, your order will be cancelled automatically, and we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
* We reserve the right to cancel any order that flags our automated fraud prevention system. If your order is flagged, our support team may reach out via email or phone to request minor verification before processing your shipment.

5. TAXES AND DUTIES

* Inside the UAE: Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
* Outside the UAE (GCC Shipments): Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain may be subject to local import customs duties, border taxes, or destination VAT imposed by your country's customs authority. These local fees are charged at the port of entry and must be paid by the recipient.
